In the competitive Northern Virginia real estate market, it is important to work with a REALTOR® who knows the area, the market, and homes inside and out. With 35+ years of experience in real estate, over $400M in sales, and more than 850 transactions negotiated and closed, Brad is one of the most qualified residential real estate agents you can find. A Certified Residential Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert, when it comes to the process of buying or selling a home, he is an expert on both sides of the table and is prepared for anything that may arise. Brad prides himself on providing honest, ethical, and educated advice and developing long-term relationships with his clients. As either your buyer's representative or your listing agent, Brad will have your needs foremost in mind, your best interests at heart, and will exceed your expectations in every respect.
While most home buyers and sellers come to Brad because of his qualifications, they become clients because of his character. They know they are in good hands, and that means trust and peace of mind. Integrity, expertise, and service are the pillars on which Brad has built his business, and these are evident in the reviews his clients write. Brad’s clients rate him five out of five stars and describe the exceptional results he has produced, using terms to describe him that include: responsive, professional, patient, committed, honest, trustworthy, genuine, tireless, amazing, personable, approachable, down-to-earth, kind, helpful, caring, and friend. If you read all of his reviews, you will not be asking yourself why you would want to work with Brad, you will be asking yourself why you would want to work with anyone else.
Brad specializes in Northern Virginia homes from Fredericksburg to the Washington, D.C. border, and is particularly active in Prince William County, Fairfax County, and Stafford County. He has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are relocating from another state or another country. Brad’s expertise also includes new homes. Working with him during the design and construction process can save you time, money, and potential problems.
Previously, Brad managed his own real estate brokerage. He was ranked #23 in the nation by REALTOR® Magazine and featured in a "Who's Who" of real estate by a major metropolitan business journal. Brad was a partner with boutique home builders marketing and selling new homes, as well as working with interior designers staging and merchandising model homes – skills that he uses today to maximize the sales value of your home. Brad gained extensive knowledge about home construction, which enables him to identify construction-related issues in a new or resale home. Before founding his own brokerage, Brad held positions as a development manager in commercial and residential real estate development and in new home sales, where he sold more than 300 homes.
Brad is a licensed Associate Broker in Virginia and a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Prince William, and the National Association of Realtors. Brad attended San Diego State University where he majored in liberal arts and played on the men's varsity baseball team. When he is not working, he can usually be found spending time with his family, golfing, bike riding, or indulging his interest in photography.
