Access – Provide you with your own personalized Listingbook™ advanced real estate search website, which uses data straight from the MLS to give you timely and accurate information regarding available homes that match your criteria in your area(s) of interest.
Market Analysis – Provide market analyses specific to your properties of interest.
Negotiation – Negotiate offers as your advocate. Brad is a Certified Negotiation Expert and has successfully negotiated 800+ transactions for his clients.
Contracts – Prepare all required contractual paperwork, present it in a timely manner, and confirm contingency fulfillment.
