It is important to have your own advocate and representative with you from the beginning as the on-site staff solely represents, and advocates for, the Builder. Building your dream home is a process. An understanding of the building stages will make the process go smoother and be more enjoyable. I will be there with you during each stage of construction and any inspections that may be required or desired.
