Let’s be honest: you’ve seen the listings boasting "gorgeous updates" that turn out to be cheap peel-and-stick backsplash over 30-year-old cabinets. We didn’t do that. Instead, we spent the big money on the boring, essential grown-up stuff you actually care about: Newer HVAC (so you won’t sweat or freeze) New replacement windows & sliding glass door (so your utility bill doesn’t cry) New front door (for prime dramatic exits) Fresh new window high quality blinds (so the neighbors can’t watch you binge-watch reality TV) The kitchen and bathrooms? Yes, they need updating. They are original, proud, and offered strictly as-is. But look at the bright side: you won’t have to pay extra for someone else’s questionable choice of gray fake-wood vinyl or speckled granite. Bring your Pinterest board and build instant equity your way. The Perks: Quiet Side of the Building: Sip your beverage on the private balcony without having to listen to traffic. Storage Galore: Tons of closet space plus a lobby-level storage unit. Assigned Parking: No circling the block like a vulture—your spot is waiting. Plus - there's plenty of guest parking. The Resort Lifestyle: Live like a celebrity on a budget at The Encore: 24/7 guarded gate (wave at the guard like you're royalty), 24-hour concierge, pool, well-equipped fitness center, tennis courts, community room and a library for when you want to look scholarly. Step outside and you’re within walking distance to 2 Silver Line Metro stops, Tysons Corner Center, Wegman's Grocery and Capital One Hall. Bring your contractor, your design swatch book, or your favorite sledgehammer. Priced to move—come steal it!
