If you are buying for the first time, the process may seem overwhelming, whether you are seeking a single family home, town home, condominium or new construction*. I provide the following services in a seemless buying process.

• In-depth meetings to determine your wants, needs, desires and dreams (price considerations, down payment, financing, location, home size and configuration, community, commute, condition, schools and much more).  This will be your road map to the perfect home.
• Assist with securing home financing. I work with some of the best lenders in the industry you provide low fees and competitive rates.
• Touring homes with you, pointing out the pros and cons of each property based upon your wants and needs.
• Provide access to exclusive home searches and updates (open houses, new on market, price changes, etc.), through my website.
• Negotiating offers – I will be representing you and your interests alone. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert with over 800 successful transactions.
• Interfacing with Listing Agents, Lenders and Title representatives.
• Home and Radon Inspections.
• Contract preparation and processing, all contracts and addendums
• Home Warranty provided to my clients
• Attend closing, verifying all documents are accurate.

* I can represent you should you be thinking about purchasing a new construction single family home, town home or condominium.  All agents at new home communities represent the Builder, not you.  I have sold hundreds of new homes representing both buyers and builders, so he knows the ins and outs of new construction.  New home Sellers/Builders are very likely to use their own contract.  I can help you with these non Realtor Association approved contracts, as well as navigating the selection of options/upgrades and necessary home inspections.  It is always a good idea to have your own Buyer Representation.
